It was late July, and a very Irish wedding was about to unfold. Jenny’s family from Ireland were in the Gorge for her Tin Roof Barn wedding and the weekend was setting up to be a scorcher. The decision was quickly made that her very delicately pale skinned clan should probably stay in the shade. Their ceremony was moved from the ceremony patio to Tin Roof Barn’s additional covered site, the Pavilion, to ensure that everyone was able to enjoy the celebration.
Although no bride or groom ever wants to have to deal with “Plan B,” when it comes to their guests, comfort is never something that should be compromised. Fortunately, the Pavilion creates an intimate setting for an equally stunning celebration. And a little nip of Irish whiskey and some late-night donut munching doesn’t hurt either…
